Customization Process

Needs communication
The customer provides customization needs (such as size, style, theme, color preference, etc.), and can refer to pictures or describe ideas.
The designer and customer confirm the details, including the content of the artwork, materials (canvas oil painting/digital oil painting, etc.), mounting method, etc.

Scheme design and confirmation
The designer draws sketches or provides renderings according to the needs, and the customer puts forward modification opinions until the final draft is satisfied.
Confirm the size of the artwork, the material of the frame (solid wood/antique/modern, etc.) and special process requirements (such as aging, texture, etc.).

Contract signing and deposit payment
We focus on construction quality and safety, and cooperate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth progress and timely delivery of the project.
Both parties sign a customization contract, clarifying the delivery time, price and after-sales terms.

Hand-drawn and handmade
The painter draws purely by hand (or digital spray painting + hand-painted modification) according to the final draft. Progress photos can be provided upon request during this period.
After completion, the finished product photos are taken for customer confirmation. If minor adjustments are needed, local modifications can be made.

Acceptance and delivery
After the customer accepts and is satisfied, the final payment is made, the artwork is carefully packaged (shockproof and moisture-proof), and sent by logistics or arranged for self-collection.
Comes with maintenance instructions and a custom certificate to ensure the artwork is preserved for a long time.
